📦 Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services and Australia Post.

• Processing Time: Many of our products are made to order, especially 3D-printed parts and wiring. Please allow up to 20 business days for production before dispatch.

• Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• Local Pickup: Not currently available.

🌍 International Shipping

At this stage, we are focused on serving customers within Australia.
However, we’re working on expanding to offer international shipping soon!
If you're located outside Australia and are interested in our products, please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote or custom arrangement.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Some items, especially 3D-printed parts, are made to order. These may require additional processing time. If so, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
